  • Publisher: A ShopMyShelf.us user whose Shop includes links to external Merchants’ Websites to facilitate product purchases, applications, tracking, reporting, and receipt of commission payment.
  • Merchant: A participating brand, retailer, third-party Website, or supplier that pays a commission for a legitimate sale to a Visitor and uses the ShopMyShelf.us or Shoplist.us Service to facilitate purchases, sign-ups, tracking, reporting, and issuance of commission statements.
  • Visitor: Any person or user that clicks on a Link or product from a Publisher’s Shop.
